We are looking for a Demand Generation Strategist who fits in with our fun, fast-paced culture and has the skills to contribute to Cvent’s long-term growth. In this role, you will drive demand generation, while creating and overseeing multiple marketing programs from creation to finish. This individual will partner closely with other functional teams within Marketing, as well as cross-functional teams across the company. The ability to handle a high volume of programs in a fast paced and creative environment is critical to success.
In This Role, You Will::- Contribute to the overall demand generation plan by partnering with different marketing functions and the sales organization
- Understand the needs of our target audience, and translate those needs into creative and personalized marketing programs
- Create, edit, and launch targeted emails and nurturing programs in Marketo and Cvent’s email marketing platform
- Help define and execute live event marketing programs
- Help develop a strategic and integrated Account-Based Marketing programs to target our Enterprise accounts
- Analyze overall program performance and monitor reports to ensure we are on track to meet team goals
- Work closely with our global demand center to design tests and continually optimize programs for higher conversion rates
- Collaborate across the marketing team to develop multi-channel, integrated demand generation programs
- Work with marketing and sales operations to determine ongoing improvements to the lead flow and reporting process
- 5-7 years of demand generation experience with software, SaaS-based, or technology products in the B2B space; Pragmatic Marketing training/certification knowledge a plus; event marketing/MICE industry and technology solutions for managing events also a plus.
- Experience in problem framing, data-driven problem solving and implementing associated recommendations
- Relevant experience developing high-impact business growth generation programs and strategy setting
- An understanding of the B2B sales funnel and focus on driving leads, MQLs, and opportunities
- BA/BS in marketing or closely related field
- Entrepreneurial, creative, organized, self-motivated with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
- Excellent people skills to collaborate with product management, sales, and other marketing teams
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Experience in digital marketing a plus
- Customer or sales-facing experience a plus
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM programs and ABM technology, such as Marketo, Salesforce.com, and/or 6Sense preferred
