This role will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our multi-site assisted living communities located throughout south central Pennsylvania.The HR Business Partner will be a trusted advisor to our leadership team and will play a critical role in developing and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR services including recruiting, onboarding and orientation, employee relations, and performance management. In addition, the successful candidate will be asked to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced HR professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our residents and employees. This individual must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. They must also be driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
