In the role of HR Assistant, you will be working in a small fun HR Team supporting HR initiatives in the areas of employee recruiting, engagement, and retention, while providing excellent customer service to employees. You will also be performing some accounts payable and other administrative support to the finance department.

This position will be on-site with no remote options.

Essential Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED

• Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Desirable Qualifications:

• Previous HRIS experience

ADA Requirements:

• Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer
• Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about occasionally
• Lift, move or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs. occasionally
• Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
