Job description
Key Auto Group is searching for an organized Human Resources Manager to join its team. This role will report to the Director of Human Resources and be a hybrid position with on-site office hours. This role will involve full cycle Human Resources Management as well as payroll processing.
Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate and prompt human resources support to employees and managers, including employee relations matters.
- Onboard new hires and offboard terminating employees.
- Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, vision ancillary, and retirement benefits. This includes enrolling new hires, terminating inactive employees, adding deductions to payroll, reviewing invoices and submitting to accounting for payment, conducting on-site open enrollment presentations, as well as going to market each year for insurance renewal.
- Process and review weekly payroll for 14 entities and a total of 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now . This includes verifying times, resolving discrepancies, composing reports, exporting the general ledger, and distributing reports to the accounting team.
- Manage and update employee files. Ensure that all I-9's, W-4's, employee reviews, driver records, certifications, and any other documentation pertaining directly to the employee are stored properly.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, which will include recruitment, interviewing, pre-employment screening, and hiring of qualified job applicants
- Assist with employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management system, ADP Workforce Now
- Experience dealing with hourly and technician/labor employees.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of human resources management experience preferred
