Position: HVAC Service Technician

We are an elite organization, looking for the best technicians in town. You’ll earn between $80,000 and $120,000 depending on your skillset, mindset, and willingness to grow.

What is required?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a residential service technician
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in proposing and selling new systems
• Good understanding of electrical, refrigeration and airflow
• Knowledge of best practices
• EPA Universal Certificate
• NATE Certificate
• Clean driver’s license
• Clean background (no exceptions)

What will I do?

• Perform an average of 4-6 residential service and maintenance calls per day
• Troubleshoot split systems (mainly heat pumps) and provide residential customers with practical solutions
• Perform maintenance and cleanings of systems to ensure they’re working at factory specifications
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked company vehicle to ensure repairs can be performed on-site
• Educate customers on best maintenance practices, indoor air quality, duct cleanings and air purifications

What will my regular workday look like?

• Educative, productive, and fun! You will learn, laugh, and meet new people every day at Bold City Heating & Air
• You’ll arrive at your first call (usually a maintenance) by 8:00 am and end your day with your last call sometime between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm
• There will be a weekend on-call rotation in which you will be on call one weekend every 4 or 5 weeks

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
