Kocourek Honda is currently seeking a hybrid position, Sales Consultant and Business Manager to join our fast paced, friendly, and fun atmosphere. We are looking for previous experience in creating a positive sales environment and providing excellent guest service. Must be a strong communicator that has excellent attention to detail and follow up skills. This position will require evening and weekend availability.

A Business Manager offers vehicle financing and insurance to our guests and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products. Also offering extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer along with dealership service procedures and policies. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for treating each and every guest as if they were part of your family. You will be responsible for assisting guests throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Everything from accompanying them on a test drive to the delivery of their new vehicle. We offer upfront pricing which eliminates the negotiation process with our guests to eliminate the hassle and wasted time of the vehicle purchasing process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Set up financing and paperwork for delivery of new and used cars in a professional and profitable manner.
- Sell vehicle service contracts to customers in a professional and profitable manner
- Present credit life and disability insurance to all applicable customers in a profitable, professional manner.
- Take special care of all paperwork included in the sale of vehicles for legality purposes (“Corporate resolutions,” tribal papers, manufacturer rebate papers, privacy notices, all loan papers, etc.)
- Sell and help schedule rustproofing, bed liners, Rhinoliners, environmental Packages, etc.
- Make sure that deals are funded in a timely manner.
- Be compliant with all licenses required to sell finance and insurance.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
- Participate in ongoing finance training.
- Learn how to take on additional responsibilities from the sales manager to continue to move up within the organization.
- Assist the office with any concerns or problems relating to delivered vehicles.
HOURS: Five-day work week, Monday-Saturday, sales hours are 9 am-7 pm Monday & Thursday; 9 am-6 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; and 9 am-4 pm on Saturday. You will also be able to have one Saturday off per month in exchange of the normal weekday off.
ATTIRE Kocourek pressed branded shirts with black, blue, or dark grey dress pants. Dress shoes should match the belt.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products or supplies, up to 20 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Typical non-smoking office environment.
