Under direction of the Security Manager, this position primarily serves as the Industrial Security Analysis for the DoD collateral programs and will support the management and execution of program security as it applies to program protection and industrial security oversight for our DoD Industrial Security Programs. Also, they will Develop, and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. The Industrial Security Analysis will study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations and obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and five or more years of professional classified security experience in a corporate or government environment. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of DoD SECRET clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
  • Must be well organized, be willing to work in a team environment, be able to prioritize tasking, perform in a multi-tasked and dynamic environment
  • Under minimum supervision, administers routine aspects of the DOD or other industrial security program to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.
  • Knowledgeable with the use of Company and Government Data Bases; SIMS, DISS and NISS.
  • Adhering to policies, practices, and procedures of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and implementing the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM) 32_CFR, the company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Physical Security – Understanding the principles of physical security to safeguard and protect DoD assets. Execute the physical security program, planning and implementation. Demonstrates the countermeasures and concepts of physical security.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) Industrial Security Certifications, Physical Security and FSO certification a plus.


Salary Range: $68,100 USD - $102,100 USD


Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
