Location: Spokane Valley, WA

Responsibilities/Duties:

· Direct, evaluate, motivate and develop production personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures.

· Ensure that employees are aware and understand their duties/responsibilities and adhere to the Company policies and procedures.

· Establish and maintain positive employee morale and safe working conditions.

· Ensure training, recognition and performance reviews are administered fairly and equitably and in accordance with company policies.

· Obtain and maintain a work environment that invites employees to learn new skills and voice ideas and concerns of improvement.

· Daily lead the shift while ensuring priorities of safety for all employees and equipment, the quality of product and workmanship and efficiency of jobs running to meet the requirements of the production schedule. While minimally impacting the environment.

· Keep accurate records of attendance; communicate with employees as needed to ensure that attendance requirements are met.

· Identify, recommend and implement improvements in production processes and/or equipment upgrades to increase efficiencies or reduce manufacturing costs

· Participate in monthly physical inventories.

· Complete spot checks of quality, workmanship and production processes.

· Schedule and run jobs per shift priority to ensure that expected completion dates are met.

· Communicate shift activities as needed.

· Provide training to production team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Experience:

• Production Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
• Plastics injection molding: 1 year (Preferred)
