Role: IT Product Manager

Looking for an IT Product Manager, coming from a strong IT background to help develop and improve IT software and applications in our company.

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Company Description

A New York-based corporation founded in 2009 provides high-quality Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy to children and adults as well as Counseling services to children and families throughout the five boroughs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Transitioning the company's current system from Microsoft Access over to their new custom-built system.
• Testing, reviewing, and providing recommendations to improve the new system.
• Providing programming assistance to the programming and development team.
• Working closely with the Director and System Administrator.

• Assisting in developing, planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

• Attending weekly meetings with various departments.
• Reporting to heads of various departments.
• Improving and implementing new processes and actions.

Key Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Access
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with Active Directory
• Preferred: Programming knowledge in PHP, C# Cloud-Based Applications and Programs and Angular JS
• Experience in program testing/review
• Experience with using JIRA is a huge plus
• Project Management experience
• Team Player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
