Are you looking for an exciting internship experience to help grow your skills and gain valuable work experience? We are seeking a Technical Support Intern to be part of our internship program for the summer of 2023.
As a part of MEPPI’s Internship program you will have the opportunity to work, contribute, and learn, in a corporate setting with industry professionals. With a MEPPI Internship, you can expect to be involved in:

Responsibilities
- Respond to requests for technical assistance
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Support the IT team in maintaining and distributing hardware inventory
- Research questions using available information resources
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Image and provision equipment as needed
- Students currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Availability to participate as a Summer Intern full-time from approximately Mid-May through Mid-August
- Interest in the Power and Manufacturing Industry
- Prior internship experience a plus
- Intermediate computer skills, emphasizing knowledge of MS Office products.
