About the Role:

The IT Technician is a position that offers the right candidate the opportunity to take on an early stage, leadership role at a fast-growing company that has the highest standards for talent, fun, and client success.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely, patient, empathetic resolution of help-desk tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve laptop hardware issues including escalation to warranty service as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user software/system issues including: Microsoft Windows, macOS, BIOS/Drivers, Slack, LastPass and all things Office365 especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint.
• Image and configure laptops and system access for employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Help manage system user access and permission requests.
• Manage creation and curation of Microsoft365 groups, Teams and SharePoint sites. Ensure all functionality and permissions are correctly configured.
• Keep end-user technical knowledgebase site up to date with important capability announcements and how-to’s for common issues and questions.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory.
• Create and maintain IT documentation.

• Completion of a degree or certificate program in IT field.

Pay Transparency

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below.

For our Entry Level Analyst positions, our compensation is $66,000, which is inclusive of a 10% bonus, paid out at full eligibility.
