Job description

We are hiring immediately for a Janitor position. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning the bar/kitchen, in addition to maintaining the external grounds.

What You’ll Do

The Janitor will ensure that our establishment and external grounds are both clean and maintained; an important contribution to providing an excellent guest experience.

Your Job Will Include

• Collect and dispose of trash
• Dust and damp mop floors
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning
• Clean bar/kitchen areas, including beer coolers, refrigerators, and freezers, following establishment procedures
• Wash windows, furniture, and other items to maintain a clean and safe environment for our patrons
• Seasonal specific grounds tasks, e.g., shoveling entry way, lawn maintenance, pressure-wash outdoor patio, etc.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others
• Performs other duties, as assigned

Experience & Skills You’ll Need

• Self-starter with exceptional time management skills
• Reliable team player
• Ability to clean bar/kitchen during hours that establishment is closed for business, e.g., Weekdays: 7-9a; Weekends: 5-7a
• Ability to operate equipment for maintaining external grounds, e.g., lawn mower, ATV, pressure washer, etc.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, which will include weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
