Who You Are:
We are seeking candidates who are customer service oriented and take great pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, sanitary, and aesthetically comfortable environment. Responsible for major floor care projects, cleanliness and maintenance of hard surface floors and carpets.
This position is eligible for a $2,000 Sign-on Bonus. (With $1,000 payable at 90 days and $1,000 120 days.)
Responsibilities:
- Performs general janitorial duties in apartments and commons areas as directed by the Director of EVS.
- Maintains floors and carpets within the Independent Living.
- Responsible for picking up and removal of trash from assigned areas.
- Follows cleaning and deep cleaning schedules and performs annual cleanings as a part of the weekly cleaning schedule.
- Attends to emergencies while following safety procedures.
- Responsible for work orders for scheduled functions, ie; tables and chairs.
- Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the Director of EVS.
