As an L&D Content Development Specialist you will be responsible for helping to design and deliver world-class learning and professional development solutions.

Your Role

As Content Developer you will be responsible for helping design and deliver contemporary best practice insight related to a variety of equity, diversity and inclusion issues. In this role you will:

  • Design and deliver world-class professional development solutions.
  • Research, prepare, write and edit content for use with clients and for outward-facing marketing
  • Design content that is ideally suited for varying delivery vehicles, from blog posts and white papers to video content for online courses.
  • Work closely with clients to identify needs, engage in high quality, value-add communication
  • Work with a high-energy, virtual team in a fast-paced and evolving industry


Responsibilities include:

  • Creating unique, simple-to-understand, and user-friendly content using good SEO techniques.
  • Writing new content and revising existing content for high-impact delivery.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms such as Moodle and ArticulateRISE
  • Creating case studies, scenarios, knowledge checks to supplement online courses and trainings.
  • Synthesizing scattered information into clear, impactful writing and presentations.
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to pull your weight and operate independently.
  • Practicing continual improvement in your work.
  • Conversant in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism.


Qualifications
We welcome a wide array of expertise and background, and are committed to maintaining high standards and broad diversity on our team. Ideally you will bring:

  • 1-2 years of EDI/DEI, organizational development and/or professional training experience
  • Background in consulting, organizational development, journalism, marketing or instructional design
  • Skill in multi-modal information design: text, visual design, graphics, and/or data
  • Demonstrably high levels of cultural competence, emotional intelligence and customer service
