KeyServ Company is a platform established in December of 2021 to invest in the residential and commercial landscape services markets. With the goal of creating a super-regional full-service landscape company serving customers in the residential, commercial and public space verticals throughout the Southeastern United States. Three initial acquisitions were completed in December of 2021 and serve as the foundation for the new platform company. Due to rapid and continued growth we are seeking to hire a Landscape Architect/Estimator as part of our team. Our broad range of project types and scope of work provides the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the design process. This position will have the opportunity to take projects through all phases of design, planning and construction documentation, with an emphasis on high end custom landscape design and detailing of landscape, lighting, irrigation and outdoor living spaces etc. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills by assisting the team with drafts and drawings. In a typical day you will create design documents, renderings, interacts with clients, go on site to clients homes and create cost estimates. Proven professional communication skills for effectively working with the landscaping team and customer is essential for maintaining a quality finished product and continued customer commitment.

The Landscape Architect/Estimator is responsible for working directly with the Install Manager to ensure the vision of the project is fulfilled for the customer. the position required project and people management skills as well as being and excellent communicator both written and oral.

Duties:

• Use knowledge of the general concepts of landscape design including site analysis, project theming, schematic design and design development
• Meets with Install Manager to understand scheduling of all renewed and new enhancement projects
• Perform due diligence and research on projects to provide the background information to build project timelines from start to finish for new projects
• Use knowledge of region-specific plant materials when creating designs understanding soil, temperatures, location of plants within the project and consideration of long term success
• Effectively communicates with clients regarding their project providing continued updates, responding to question, addressing concerns and making the customer comfortable with the process
• Schedule on-site visits to speak with customers to create, plan and estimate work to be completed and meet customer expectations
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with work performed
• Responsible for other assigned and/or required incidental activities

Required Skills

• Ability to operate a compute with proficiency with MSOffice Suite
• Be able to consistently communicate in an efficient and effective manner on the telephone and in person
• Attention to detail and organization in scheduling work
• Driver's license required
• Proficiency in AutoCad LT or other design software
