Landscape construction crew leaders

We service some of the most prestigious properties in Northern Michigan. We are searching for educated, trained, capable crew leaders with experience to join our team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-planning and organizing your crews day

-communicating expectations to your crews

-keeping your crew productive on an daily basis

-managing timesheet for you and your crew

Typical work includes but is not limited to:

-Hardscape, masonry, planting, planning and managing projects

Skills required:

-Hardscape skills- Brick paver installation, dry and wet lay masonry

-Planting (plant knowledge) and skills and experience

-Gardening skills such as: extensive knowledge of plant material, best pruning practices,

-Ability to manage a crew of 3-4 people

-Ability to use technology (App) as a timekeeping/record keeping device

-Valid Michigan drivers lic. with Chauffeur's endorsment

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
