SUMMARY OF POSITION
You will perform grounds maintenance tasks to maintain and improve the grounds of our customers alongside a team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure work is being performed in adherence with safety policies and procedures, always placing safety as the number one priority
- Perform regular routine maintenance on required equipment
- Properly operates basic equipment required to complete assigned construction tasks
- Cleaning and preparing a job site
- Loading and unloading materials using a variety of tools and machines
- Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties
- Follow the instruction of the foreman and upper management
- Perform basic grounds maintenance and construction tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding, etc.
- Apply proper treatments based on customer’s desired service
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK CONDITIONS
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to work in close contact with power equipment and noise associated with such equipment
- Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns, and other environmental risks
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit unassisted for up to 12 hours per day
- Ability to work 50-65 hours per week through peak season (spring and summer)
KNOWLEDGEE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- No prior experience needed – on the job training
- Able to carry out instruction
- Must be able to read and write in English or Spanish

Pay: $14.49 per hour
