LHS Enterprises is a woman-owned business that offers unique hand-made custom furniture, home décor, custom cabinetry, and complete home remodeling. We are building our reputation on quality performance and cost-effective construction with our highest priority being customer growth and retention. We are based in Poplar Bluff, MO, and are dedicated to providing customers with only the finest woodwork services in the area.

We have immediate openings for reliable lead carpenters/supervisors. We do a variety of construction projects in residential remodeling, We also build custom cabinetry and furniture. We are looking for someone with a well-rounded skill set, pay attention to details, and has a willingness to learn new skills. You must be prepared to work in all different types of weather conditions. We primarily work within 50 miles of Poplar Bluff, but some travel may be necessary.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of three years hands on experience (Required).
• Be in good physical conditions with the ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work independently and supervise a small crew.
• Positive attitude, reliable, self-motivated, strong communication skills with a high degree of organizational and time management skills
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
• Have your own hand tools
• Maintain an organized and clean work area while following all safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
