Our established private practice walking distance to the beautiful beach is looking for an experienced Lead Dental Assistant or RDA to join our team. We are looking for a quality-oriented and reliable individual, who is friendly, energetic, and has a great attendance record. Excellent chairside manners, along with communication and people skills are a MUST. This is a busy, state of the art, PPO practice, equipped with digital equipment. We desire to attract staff members who work well as a team, and pride themselves on being consistent, dedicated, and hard-working. Must provide great customer service and best patient experience.

Requirements:

-Must have leadership and team building skills

-Must have current dental x-ray license

-Full knowledge of all back office functions

This is a full time position Monday through Friday.
