Your opportunity

Join our tight-knit early-stage distributed team that thrives on interesting technical challenges and building magical products that improve people's lives. As lead mobile engineer on the Consumer Product Team, you will work on our product stack and directly own top-level product and engineering objectives.

You will

• Build new features and products

• Work on our mobile product engineering stack

• Own and deliver on top-level product and engineering objectives

• Collaborate with stakeholders across our Product, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth

• Evolve our mobile architecture, infrastructure, code quality, tools, and culture to continually step up the quality and speed of our engineering systems

• Help interview new engineers

• Love building great products and user experiences on mobile

• Have strong CS fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems

• Write high quality code, value software testing, and uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design

Sample projects you might work on

• Build out low-latency best-in-class crypto price graphs

• Allow users to track and share their NFT collection from our app

• Allow users to file their taxes from our mobile app

• Web: HTML, Typescript, React, React Native, Style-Components

• Mobile: React Native, Expo, GraphQL

• Backend: Python, Flask, GraphQL, Postgres, BigTable, Redis, Python RQ

• Infrastructure: Heroku, GCP, AWS

• Data Engineering: Apache Spark, GCP Workflow, Airflow
