FT Associate Litigation Attorney (Minimum 3 Yrs' Exp, preferably in empt law); salary plus bonuses that can double your salary ++. [Project lawyers are welcome to apply]

Our business & employment law firm has quite a unique mix of clients that provide interesting cases. We are seeking a full-time attorney who is experienced in litigation (not necessarily trial but that is a plus) and preferably Plaintiff's employment law. We are open to a work-at-home situation.

We offer a collegial working environment and have a great success rate; we want someone who wants to be great at what they do; we enjoy the intellectual aspect of law, and that is how we win.

We are seeking someone well-spoken, professional, and who likes to learn (ie via Westlaw and CEB's OnLaw), with great research skills. The ideal person can work well without supervision as we do not micromanage even though we mentor. You should be a self-starter, and someone who can handle a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities include:

-Drafting demand letters and complaints (state and federal)
-Propounding and responding to written discovery
-Taking and defending depositions
-writing and defending motions
-Preparing the documents for, and attending arbitrations and mediations (and trials if your experience warrants it).

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
