Concord Village is a beautiful skilled nursing & rehabilitation center located 15 minutes northeast of Cleveland in Lake County Ohio, just past Willoughby, Mentor exits. The facility is about 1 mile off I90 in a subdivision behind Tripoint Hospital on 10955 Capital Parkway, Concord TWP, OH 44077. Come by for a quick tour and you will feel the difference in our diverse culture and safe work environment.

Haven't worked in this field before, new grad or has it been a while? We have a full time nurse educator that can provide one-on-one computer training on "Point Click Care" so you can have confidence after completing orientation. She will also work by your side on floor until you feel comfortable to move ahead.
