Shift: Fri-Sun 6pm-6am + Mon 6pm-11pm
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work as part of a team to maintain our newest exciting facility, Lagerhaus, and its services. You will maintain and repair multiple production machines and equipment, keeping Lagerhaus operational. You'll oversee the set up and use of tools and equipment before production use to ensure the optimum level of safety. You'll be familiar with a variety of the production floor's concepts and procedures. As the 'go-to' for Lagerhaus maintenance, you'll be an important part of our Red Bull team in our newest State-of-the-art, air conditioned facility.

Responsibilities

#Maintain, Repair, and Troubleshoot

• Coordinate and troubleshoot maintenance tasks to ensure maximum facility performance and safety
• Perform mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance on automated vehicles
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and electrical and instrument test equipment to install and maintain facility equipment

#Safety and Compliance

• Perform all necessary documentation of work performed and any unusual conditions, or defective equipment with the highest accuracy possible
• Ensure compliance with company procedures
• Perform routine safety inspections and audits.

Experience Needed

Knowledge of mechanical and facility maintenance process

Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

Experience detecting malfunctions and solving issues

Experience with power tools, hand tools, and machinery, placing safety first

Packaging operation and high speed automation experience is helpful

Knowledge of OSHA requirements and industrial workplace practices

Ability to stand, walk and sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Comfort with exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.

Experience with safety oversight and safe operation of motor vehicles.

Ability to lift 75 pounds with mechanical assistance

Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds occasionally without mechanical assistance

Experience reviewing all types of blueprints and CAD drawings
