Maintenance Technician
Job description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with knowledge of on-site equipment repair. The right candidate will have experience working with conventional electrical equipment and mechanical equipment also maintain out door maintenace. This position requires the technician to maintain the Spirti Lake Senior Center and Maple Tree court. There is a 12 unit apartment complex to maintain.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Spirit Lake, ID 83869: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
