Roach & Lin, P.C. is a foreclosure/real estate law firm located in Syosset, NY. We specialize in Lender’s/Creditor’s side default services.

Roach & Lin, P.C. is seeking an experienced Manager of Information Technology.

The Manager of Information Technology is responsible for overseeing and managing the firm's technology infrastructure and systems. This includes working with IT professionals, developers, and vendors to implement, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software systems.

The Manager of Information Technology will work closely with the firm's leadership to develop and implement a long-term technology roadmap that aligns with the firm's business goals and objectives. This may include identifying opportunities for process improvements and automations through the use of tools and services already present in the organization, as well as exploring new tools and services available in the marketplace.

The Manager of Information Technology will play a key role in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the firm's data and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a technology roadmap that supports the firm's business goals and objectives.
• Work with Managed Service Providers (MSP) to manage and maintain the firm's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Act as liaison between the MSP and staff/leadership, to help resolve difficult recurring issues.
• Manage the development and maintenance of the firm's websites and online presence.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze technology trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage and oversee the work of any external technology vendors or contractors.

2+ years of Perfect Practice Programming and Knowledge of Black Knight (BKFS/LPS), Tempo & Lenstar a plus.
