Seeking a full time Medical Assistant for a busy dermatology practice.

We are looking for someone who is punctual, hardworking, reliable, seeking long term employment and will deliver exceptional care to our patients. An employee of Messenger Dermatology will enjoy competitive pay and benefits.

Some responsibilities include:

- Work long hours 10-12 hour days (some days)

-Escorting patients to the examination room

-Using an EMR on an iPad to obtain a chief complaint, collect MIPS data and scribe for the physician

-Assisting the physician with surgical procedures

-Administering injections

-Suture removal

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees are given masks to wear at all times and are self screening prior to coming to work. Patients are screened before they come into the office.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
