Job description

We are looking for a Medical Office Assistant/Surgery Scheduler. You will be seeing patients in the office 2.5-3.5 days a week. The rest of the time will be for administrative time for surgery scheduling and meeting other patient's needs. You will be the physician's direct assisant and room patients, help set up and assist in procedures, draw up injectables, clean rooms, sterilize surgical tools, and assist with patient calls, questions, and messages. This person will be required to obtain a limited xray licensure if they do not have one, but this will be paid for by the office in exchange for work time.

About this office: We are a fast-paced, small, family oriented office. We not only treat our patients as family but our staff as well. We work shoulder to shoulder as a team. We provide a total of 6 weeks paid time off including most 3rd Fridays of each month off, 80 hours vacation, 40 hours sick leave, plus holidays. We provide personalized scrubs after 3 months of employment and end of the year bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
