Join a busy, growing group mental health private practice. We are looking for candidates with a passion for psychology and well-being. A background as a medical receptionist is required.

We are looking for a highly organized, independent candidate with great customer service and sales skills.

An intake coordinator does brief mental health screenings of potential new therapy clients and matches the client with the appropriate therapist while helping the client understand their insurance plans.

Duties:

Matching clients with the correct mental health expert. We will train the right candidate on various mental health conditions and therapy treatment methods.

Managing crisis clients and making appropriate referrals

Scheduling appointments

Check benefits/Insurance verification

Outreach and interface with other mental health facilities

Assist therapists with administrative questions

Various clerical duties

Maintain HIPAA Compliance/Confidentiality

Part-time option is available.

Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Extroverted personality is a plus.
