Our expanding CARF accredited agency offers numerous program which are in immediate need of an LGPC, LGSW, LCPC or LCSW to join our clinical team! Competitive pay and benefits package are offered to our full-time employees.

Our residential crisis bed facility provides mental health and substance use services geared to the adult patient population. Our outpatient facility provides individual and group counseling services to children and adults. Our clinicians have the opportunity to work within more than one of our program, including Mobile Treatment, IOP, PRP, Withdrawal Management and 3.1.

Employees will have the option to work via tele-health or on site. Supervision, which is required for licensing in MD, will be offered for free to LG clinicians. Our agency also offers paid training through Relias and free CPR renewal.

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

-Knowledge of psychosocial disorders, diagnoses, therapies, and principles.

-Interview patients and families to assess psychosocial problems, develop treatment plans, and monitor and evaluate patient progress.

-Communicate with patients based on an understanding of the cognitive and developmental needs of adult patients.

-Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge of patient's progress.

-Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions for patients and their families in order to assist in resolving personal and environmental problems which prevent them from achieving their highest level of psychosocial functioning.

-Participate as a member of the treatment team.

Job Type: 1099 Contract and W-2 (with PTO and Sick Days)
