Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled .NET Technical Lead with AMS for one of our clients.

Role: .NET Technical Lead with AMS (Application maintenance & Support) experience

Location: Vancouver, WA (Remote)

Job Description:

Ranking Order:

· .NET Core and .NET Framework 4.5+ - 6+ years

· Angular and/or Angular JS

· Entity Framework - 5 years

· TDD (Test Driven Development) with a Unit Testing Framework – 6 years

· Azure DevOps and Portal Resources (Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault)- CI/CD - 3 years

Must Have:

· 10+ years of experience in delivering IT solutions in an enterprise digital landscape

· Hands-on experience in .NET and at least 6 years in building web applications using one or more JavaScript frameworks.

· Serve as technical expert on maintenance of existing applications in the application maintenance and support track.

· Strong analytical and communication skills in identifying the root cause of the problem and producing the solution to resolve the issue in a time-bound environment.

· Strong experience of working within a multivendor ecosystem.

· Applied knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and best practices

· Extensive experience in working with the offshore and onshore delivery model.

· Provide technical leadership role during the full software development life cycle, from conception, architecture, design, implementation and testing through to documentation, delivery, and maintenance.

· Provide and/or review and approve effort estimates, technical recommendations, and proposed solutions based on technical and business requirements.

· Lead and/or Participate in the design/architecture of innovative solutions, and the refinement of existing codebases

· Good knowledge of Design Patterns, Code first approach, Entity Framework and SOLID principle.

· Solutioning using Azure Portal resources

· Ability to quickly assess and drive issues to closure to minimize production issue impact.

· Experience working in a high pressure environment with a high degree of availability expectation.

· Articulate and express ideas or issues in a non-technical verbiage

· Experience leading a team of individuals and enable them to contribute independently.

· Experience working in a production support environment is a plus

Should have:

· Experience in designing and developing distributed applications based on Microsoft Technologies.

· Experience in versioning, content negotiation, deployment and distribution of application and source code.

· Common professional knowledge of technology/platform skills, fully versed in all solutions within their management area.

· Able to actively participate in technical discussions with SMEs of their equivalent level and drive solutions with clients.

· Experience with Agile Scrum development

· Knowledge of hosting container-based applications in Azure or working experience in AWS hosting containerized applications.

Nice to have:

1. Manage multiple teams to successfully deliver the technology solution, balancing each team’s needs and resources.

2. Experience in low code applications such as Power BI and Power Apps

3. Work to mitigate risk and escalate issues to technological leadership as appropriate.

4. Experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
