Locally owned Business in Spanaway, WA is seeking a part-time Office Assistant. Position hours include Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:30 am – 4:30 pm. Must have a passion for providing excellent customer service and capable of undertaking a variety of office support tasks. This exciting position involves working in a business casual environment.

Availability Requirements:

• Able to work flexible week day hours and at minimum two (2) Saturday’s.

Skills required:

• Good telephone and communication skills
• Must be accurate with numbers
• Capability to handle, count cash and perform office tasks
• Ability to learn software programs
• General administrative skills, typing, filing, photocopy, email, etc.
• Minor janitorial tasks, bathroom, mopping, dusting, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
