In this role, you will:
The Packaging Operator will assist in operating and maintaining packaging equipment.
What we look for:
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Equipment Operation
- Safely operate packaging equipment
- Perform CIL’s, CL’s, Changeovers, Quality checks
- Find and correct abnormalities
- Other duties as assigned by Shift Lead or Manager
- Production reporting
- Utilize LED’s for down time tracking
- Complete OEE notes, loss time explanation
- Accurate and timely completion of production paperwork
- Team work
- Show ownership on equipment
- Assume good intent
Treat others with respect and be an effective communicator
Overtime is an option but will only be awarded after all Full Time Employees have been awarded. Not eligible to sign up for voluntary spots
