- Data base management of all relevant documents
- Provide support to attorney through all phases
- Research and analysis of complex legal documents
- Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload
- Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheets highly valued
- Customer service oriented communication skills
- Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
- Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information
- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
- Strong familiarity with Client Intake
- Good understanding of Legal Forms
- Practical knowledge of family law
- Family Law Firm experience highly preferred
- Background working with Draft Legal Documents
- Previous experience working with Legal Secretary
- ParaLegals experience desired
- Earlier work involving legal files
- Client Intake experience
- Client Intake experience preferred
- General familiarity with Receptionist Duties
- Adeptness in Intakes
- Expertise in Intake Interviews
- Demonstrated knowledge of Intake Interviews
