As a part of the Party and Event staff you will be monitoring parties and events in the family entertainment center, varying roles based on scheduling. Our parties will mostly consist of birthdays, but can also include graduation nights, team building events and so on.

We want you to ALWAYS have fun with the customers while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Party & Event Staff Responsibilities

• Must follow safety and cleaning protocols

• Set up, clean and keep party tables/rooms organized and well stocked

• Greet and check parties in, assist with waiver completion

• Adhere to strict party schedule, keep party moving along smoothly and on time

• Accompany the party you are hosting during all attractions they have booked

• Ensure that the party receives everything included in their package or any special add-ons/requests

• Help serve food, beverages, and cake to the party guests

• Make sure there is adequate space/seating for all party guests

• Explain rules and policies to the party when needed

• After parties, clean up trash, room, and any debris left behind

• Make sure all party gifts and belongings have left with the party

• Create a fun and energetic party experience for all customers!

• Complete opening and closing duties

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
