Revenue Cycle Associates is a family-owned company dedicated to supporting regional hospitals and the communities they serve. Due to declining reimbursements from insurance carriers, increased costs from suppliers, and staff shortages, regional hospitals are struggling to provide quality healthcare. Our mission is to provide the necessary support to help these hospitals thrive. As a patient account collector, you will communicate with patients to reimburse the quality care provided by our hospital partners. We take an empathetic and educational approach and avoid using threats and negative tactics. We use an innovative communication method based on neuroscience to establish patient rapport while utilizing advanced negotiation tactics.

Requirements

• Customer Service Experience
• Willingness to learn new communication and negotiation tactics
• Strong computer skills with the ability to toggle between systems
• Ability to spend the majority of the day on the phone talking to patients
• Enjoys working in a team environment
• Ability to handle a fast-paced job with multiple activities at once
