Patient Service Representative - Full-Time Positions - West Cary and Raleigh Offices. The Patient Services Representative performs routine clerical duties associated with registration and exiting of patients; maintains positive relationships with patients, family members and other visitors and fellow employees.
We also have openings for Patient Service Representatives who performs registration and exiting of patients and serves as support to our Scheduling team to assist with billing, insurance verifications and Worker Compensation.
Medical Front Desk experience dealing with the public preferred; ability to maintain composure when confronted with stressful situations; neat appearance and pleasant, outgoing personality; accuracy in obtaining patient information; excellent communication skills. Must be computer literate. Physical guidelines include ability to work at a computer terminal for up to eight hours a day. Must be able to work in a cooperative manner and maintain effective working relationships with management/supervisors, co-workers, customers and vendors.
