Therapy 4 Kids is hiring an out-patient pediatric physical therapist who is ethical, compassionate, creative, enthusiastic, enjoys working with kids and is FUN! We serve clients with a wide range of diagnoses for individual treatment sessions. We are a multi-disciplinary clinic with PT/OT/ST services who work closely together as a team to meet the needs of our clients. Our clinics are well equipped to help achieve greater outcomes. There are no corporate productivity requirements but we strive for consistency in our service commitment to the patient. We provide a monetary bonus structure with residual income for supervising physical therapy assistants which is unmatched by most companies. If you are tired of working long hours that does not allow for enough family time this is the job for you! Our position is a subcontractor position that allows for you to work as many hours as you would like with flexible scheduling. Our current PT team has 2 PT's and 3PTA's with many years of experience who are all available for mentorship from treatment Idas, scheduling, or any guidance as needed. T4K has been in business serving the children of Tulsa and Creek counties for 14 years and have great relationships with our physicians with consistent referrals keeping schedules full. We are dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients with the most positive outcomes possible.
