All Kids Early Learning Center is a high-quality child care and preschool in Rancho Cordova. We are looking for a Preschool Office Assistant/Classroom Aide to join our team.

About our Program

At All Kids Early Learning Center, we help children ages 12 month to 5 years succeed. Our child care and preschool services help children get ready for kindergarten by fostering the emotional, social, and academic development of each child. We are looking for an energetic person that likes to work on a team, support classrooms and has great communication skills.

You'll love this role if you enjoy building relationships with families, filing, emailing and helping out with general site support.

This position is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, and requires someone who is available Monday through Friday. This position is ideal for a flexible and organized person.

A Day In The Life

This role is dynamic, and involves keeping our office, paperwork, and family files organized as well as supporting teachers in a classroom or a kitchen. You'll do things like:

• Work with families to get their children enrolled, update the records regularly and communicating with families.
• Be the face of the organization - greeting families, getting children checked in, and walking them to their classroom.
• Complete regular and one-time tasks in close coordination with our classrooms.
• Build relationships with children in our classrooms.

Basic qualifications:

• Available reliably for an 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
• Able to pass a fingerprint clearance, TB test, physical, and current immunizations

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with children ages one through five in a formal or informal capacity.
• Bonus points if you have completed 6-12 ECE or Child Development units with a grade of C.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.75 - $20.25 per hour
