No evenings or weekends!

The Breakfast Club is adding new pre-school rooms and growing our team of Early Childhood Educators! The Breakfast Club Childcare facility provides a unique and open mindset to providing a "Child Care Experience" rather than traditional care where we have fun and do things exclusive to us: we have a large indoor space and play games like Glow Hockey, Activities during the year such as Christmas around the world, petting zoo's, in house theatrical productions, Karaoke and much more.

What will you be doing?

As a Pre-School teacher, you will be supported by the staff and Admin. Most importantly you will be able to learn safely and you will be free to develop as a teacher. You get coaching, mentoring and support, not just someone telling you what you did wrong today. You will be able to:

• Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 3-5 years of age in a classroom setting. (no diapers!)
• Follow a curriculum and add creativity through "YOUR Special Interest" bonus crafts and activities
• Plan and program activities based on children’s interests and learning abilities
• Create a warm, safe environment that is fun, clean and lets children grow into little adult versions of themselves
• Learn to connect with Parents to create the very best learning environment for the children
• Have great communication with parents through apps, conferences and parties.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education/related field ORChild Development Associate (CDA) credential or TECE 1 and 2 (Training in Early Child Care Education)
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Great customer service
• Organization
• Ability to work during business hours 6:30am to 5:00pm *we do have staff outings bowling, skating, movies, restaurant which go past 5:00pm
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment and pass a back ground check
• CPR and First aid (If yours has lapsed, we can help)
