Talent One Recruitment and Staffing is in search of a Project Manager for the city of Vernon CA.

Candidate will be responsible for development and commercialization of projects for a food manufacturing company.

Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift: 1st
Pay Rate: $85k - $95k

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in food science or equivalent experience and 4+ yrs in Commercialization or Project Management roles.
• MUST possess food manufacturing experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.)
• Willing to Travel
• Knowledge of Trace Gains or Genesis

Duties:

• Leading projects to concept to commercialization
• Contribute to cost analysis of projects
• Manages, coordinates, and facilitates projects
• Review, prepare and facilitate stage gate approvals
• Characterize, resolve, or escalate commercialization issues
• Coordinates the trials, first production runs and post reviews.
