Property Manager (Temporary)
Location: Fresno, CA
Compensation: $19-$24/HR
About the Job: AppleOne has partnered with a local housing development company seeking an experienced Property Manager! In this role you will perform a variety of day-to-day operations as well as customer service duties to ensure the maximum occupancy of units. You will serve as a liaison to the community by establishing positive working relationships.

Essential Job Functions:

• Prepares lease and rental agreements and vendor contracts
• Manages all operations and activities of assigned housing facilities and staff to ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulation
• Account for occupancy and rent payment transactions by collecting rent and issuing receipts; schedules rent changes as appropriate and ensures the maintenance of appropriate records and account

What will make you successful in this role:

• 1 year of Leasing Agent Experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• In-Depth knowledge of building and related codes, laws, and regulations governing construction and maintenance of buildings

• Bachelor•s Degree in business administration, real estate management, general management
• Strong problem-solving
