Property Manager Opportunity

Our company, Greater Orlando Condos and Homes is looking for a full time Property Manager to join our team and help manage a growing portfolio of rental homes. We take great pride in assisting guests from all over the world with the perfect Orlando vacation rental. With this in mind, we are actively seeking a team member who will give our homeowners' properties the best care and attention to detail. Successful candidates are detail-oriented problem-solvers who enjoy solving problems and are eager to ensure our vacation rentals are 100% well-kept and guest ready. Owner and guest satisfaction are our top priority.

This position has the potential to include the following:

• Responding to owner and guest concerns regarding their stay
• Inspecting properties to ensure that they are spotless and ready for guest arrival
• Providing full and thorough reports of property conditions
• Cleaning any areas, the cleaners missed. Organizing property closets and drawers so they are tidy and usable for guests
• Ability to troubleshoot owner and guest concerns, create plan to ensure a solution
• Ability to set up work orders, assigning vendors and ensuring completion
• Ability to understand, operate, and navigate multiple software systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Communicate with team members and support a positive work environment

Requirements

• Work up to 40 hours per week, overtime is available depending on business needs
• Flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends
• Ability to stand during entire shift
• Ability to walk up and down stairs
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation
• Must be willing to travel within the New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Shores area
• Must be proficient on Microsoft Office
• At least 2 years of experience in the property management, hotel, or hospitality industry is required
