Job description

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized and ambitious individual for our receptionist and inside sales position. This position is ideal for someone who is highly responsible, has excellent communication skills, and who loves getting involved in multiple projects. The ideal candidate is capable of handling multiple tasks at once, and will be comfortable scheduling appointments, emailing clients and creating presentations for the executive staff. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Tuesday- Saturday hours

Responsibilities:

  • Taking customer orders and following up on customer inquiries
  • Scheduling Deliveries
  • Data Entry
  • Assisting offsite sale staff
  • Inventory and pricing
  • Be available to the team during busier times
  • Team player

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
