Our product suite enables our customers to gain unprecedented visibility, benefit from shared artificial intelligence across a federated network of data, and interact across the network through a shared source of truth. We help our customers to build and manage trusted global supply chains.

We are looking for Recruitment Scheduler / Coordinator to join us on a 3-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Booking interviews with a variety of different stakeholders in the business
• Navigating our Application Tracking Systems (ATS) to log interviews, feedback etc
• Working with external recruitment agencies on scheduling their candidates and providing them interview feedback
• Booking travel, scheduling meetings etc

About You

• Reliable and well organized with great attention to detail
• Must be computer savvy and comfortable using basic computer applications
• If you have had any experience working with a database such as Salesforce, that would be advantageous
• Able to work a 9AM to 5PM EST job (the position can be based anywhere)
