Experience requirements: 1 year RN experience minimum. If they are a strong med/surg RN, from a higher trauma level who would be a good fit for a higher acuity or have specialized cardiac training, may be considered for an intermediate level. If not, may cross into a med/surg (or specialized med/surg) unit

- Patient population: Diagnoses including amputee, orthopedic, neurological, multi-trauma, cardiac, pulmonary, deconditioning, and more were cared for in our program.
Experience:
- Minimum requirement: 1-year of RN experience
- Nice to haves: 1-year of hospital experience
- Backgrounds that will be considered: Med/Surg, Long-term acute care, Inpatient/outpatient Rehab, Post-acute care
- Cross Training Opportunities? Yes – from LTAC, Outpatient Rehab, (Traumatic Brain Injury rehab – not Behavorial health rehab), Post-Acute Care
Pay (min 1 year –max 18+ years): $31.46 - $44.17
_ Add a .90 Premium if they have a BSN_
Differentials:
Evenings: $3/hr
Nights: $4.50/hr
Weekends: $4/hr
Holidays: $7/hr
- Weekend Only Warrior (WOW):$12/hr weekend differential in place of the regular weekend differential
Scheduled for at least two 12-hour shifts per weekend (starts 7pm Friday – 7am Monday)
The WOW differential is received on a maximum of 26 hours per week.
Float/Mobile Resource Pool
There are also mobile resource pool positions (our own internal pool) that have higher compensation as it is for those that float to different areas and have specific experience in different specialties.
Certifications required: BLS
Education requirements: ADN or BSN
BSN preferred
ADN – must agree to complete BSN within 5 years of employment start
Shifts Available: Days & Nights
Shift Schedule: 7AM-7PM / 7PM-7AM
Weekend Requirements: Rotating weekends
