General Construction Laborer

Come GROW with us! We have several career opportunities available for General Construction Laborers. DCR Building & Remodeling is a highly reputable local residential construction company.

The home office and shop are located in Middleton, MA However our customers jobsite locations are located in the North Shore areas (Danvers, Lynn, Lynnfield, Peabody, Reading/No. Reading, Saugus, Stoneham, Wakefield, Woburn).

To be successful as a general laborer you must be willing to perform a variety of physical tasks that require an eagerness to learn hands on, while on the job. A good general laborer is able to understand instructions and carry them out efficiently within a given deadline.

General Laborer Responsibilities:

• Operate construction vehicles
• Use power tools
• Receiving goods, haul goods/materials as needed, move item from place to place as directed.
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Performs various physical duties as assigned.
• Maintain all safety standards.

General Laborer Requirements:

• Punctual & Dependable – We need employees to show up & be on-time.
• Honest and respectful with a good work ethic.
• A high school qualification or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• NO smoking on job, no drug or alcohol problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.54 - $19.30 per hour
