We are Currently Offering a $250 bonus to qualifying candidates that show up on time & maintain excellent attendance for at least 90 days!!! Experience is helpful, but No Experience Required. Mechanically inclined. Willingness to learn how to service, & operate residential pools. And also the testing, balancing, & maintenance of pool water. And learning how to convey pool care procedure to customers, in a retail environment, and sell the products needed, enabling them to maintain their own pools. Good recent driving record. Need to be 18 to work around chemicals, filling & carrying chlorine jugs, and able to load, up to 50 lb. chemical bags, multiple times a day, and have some customer service skills or able to learn. We cross-train in store & out in the field.. As well as some of the industries best educational, & training programs(at no charge). We are seeking the right person to train to be our Store Manager. Upward mobility is vast. Even eventually up to store ownership(franchisees), depending on your drive, determination, & work ethics.'
