A successful 30-year-old S.F. Valley Rare Coin and Precious Metal firm is currently looking for highly motivated, initiative-taking individuals to work in a professional sales atmosphere. Looking for a relationship-based salesperson to build a client-base from existing clients. NO COLD CALLING. The ideal candidate is honest, listens well, learns fast, and has at least 3 years of sales experience. We are building a new team of individuals that will have the ability to earn six figures plus, with a base salary and sizeable commissions. This is a highly rewarding, in-office sales position in the heart of Woodland Hills.

Compensation: ($40,000 Base plus commission) Salary with Bonus Program + Benefits and Health insurance. Motivated Salespeople are making over $100k.

Responsibilities:

· Work with existing clients on reaching their goals.

· Close transactions, or follow-up with additional information to close the transactions

· Telephone sales with existing clients. (No cold calling)

· Utilize CRM for organizational purposes.

· Quickly learn our product selection and commonly asked questions.

· Represent corporate ideals and ethics.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

· Ability to listen and determine client needs.

· Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task without direct supervision.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Quick learner and ability to study on their own.

· Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
