As a Sales Solutions Integration Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that engages with Technology & Digital teams on behalf of Disney Destinations Sales Solutions (DDSS) Cast and Clients, to assist with the successful launch, modification, or retirement of technology tools and resources that enable the sales process. You will lead a team that translates technical issues into language the business speaks, project manages open items or issues, to ensure individual issues are resolved in an acceptable manner. You will highlight any trends or recurring situations that need addressing to leadership. You will align new or existing Technology & Digital projects with current business priorities.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development.

You will:

On any given day, as a Sales Solutions Integration Manager, you might:

  • Provide leadership to the Sales Technology team within Sales Learning Services & Sales Technology

  • Research and become a subject matter expert on technology platforms, trends, roadmaps, and high-level technical details for the Sales, Services & Events organization

  • Work with sales channels to capture and document requirements using a range of techniques such as workshop facilitation, document analysis, sites visits/shadowing, use case/user story development, scenario modeling and/or task and workflow analysis

  • Lead sessions with key partners in the development of business requirements, capabilities and value definitions of projects

  • Develop business process modeling documents for existing and proposed processes around technology tools

  • Identify efficiency opportunities for sophisticated business process to drive efficiency and value

  • Act as a key partner to sustain and continuously improve Disney Destinations Sales Solutions tools and technologies, with a focus on improving sales capabilities and getting results

  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for Client education, implementation/deployment, and hyper-care communications for sales technology projects (capital and expense)

  • Work with Sales Learning Services in developing and maintaining technology platform user guides, training, and resource materials

  • Lead, troubleshoot and resolve open issues with technology platforms and investigate high-impact failures, developing plans or process changes where possible to avoid future problems.

  • Build reports, presentations, and documentation with project-related information for partners and executives

  • Act as a strategic liaison to Disney Enterprise Technology and Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products Technology & Digital partners to ensure we are leveraging the right tools and resources for technology solutions

  • Provide project management and coordination between businesses and technology partners to develop a solution architecture approach for technology projects owned by Disney Destinations Sales Solutions

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key business partners to devise implementation plans inclusive of change management and approvals of business, organizational, and people strategies

You Will Have:

  • Demonstrated ability working in a sales organization

  • Shown experience providing project management and leadership of technology projects

  • Confirmed experience working with technology engineering organizations and translating business needs into system requirements

  • Ability to explain sophisticated processes or situations

  • Skill for process improvement and optimization

It would be great if you also had:

  • Shown experience providing education or support of technology tools

  • A clear understanding of the technology long-term planning and funding process

  • Experience with contracts, service level agreements, and statements of work

  • A well-developed network of internal partners that can be called upon to address emerging business continuity issues

  • Proven experience conducting user acceptance testing of new or improved systems

  • Demonstrated ability to brainstorm and embrace new insights and processes

  • High affinity for the Disney Brand

  • Familiarity with the Disney Destinations portfolio (Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani: A Disney Resort & Spa, Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions)

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Sales, Marketing, Business Information Systems (or similar field) or equivalent work experience.
