Our Client

We aim to unlock the value of digital ownership for everyone. We’re building products that combine on-chain and off-chain data seamlessly to power accessible web3 user experiences. Our initial product enables collectors to connect their wallets and understand the utility attached to the tokens they hold or want.

Our founding team met at an unstructured data analytics startup in 2014, and has experience at multiple venture-backed companies, Google, Netflix, and Etsy. We closed our first round of funding in June 2022, led by Electric Capital, and with participation from Ethereal Ventures (ConsenSys), Village Global, several other venture firms, OpenSea, and builders from Google, Coinbase, Phantom, CoinTracker, SyndicateDAO, and more.

This role

We’re hiring a Product Design Lead to bring this vision to life.

You’ll have an opportunity to define our brand, UX, and aesthetic, and will play a leadership role in deciding how users experience our product. Design is a crucial function for us to advance the ease and utility of digital asset ownership. For our first designer role, we’re looking for someone with several years of experience working in cross-functional product teams and creating interactive products and applications.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to our overall product and design direction.
• Create compelling, useful, and performant experiences that evolve from wireframe to mock to prototype to live product.
• Define the overarching design system, and ensure that we are pushing the limits of what is possible with our visual identity.
• Embody our users’ perspectives and collect feedback, user research, and other insights to inform our overall strategy, product, and design decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with product and engineering to ensure we ship high quality products quickly.
• Establish a design culture within the company.

Prior experience & characteristics

• 5+ years of experience designing interactive applications
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills & sensibility.
• Bonus points for web3 experience, whether professionally, or in a personal capacity.
• An understanding of how to build coherent design systems while optimizing for speed and collaboration.
• An energetic, creative, committed mentality and a passion for engaging with developers, creators, and our user community.
• A level of comfort with what it means to be at an early-stage company.

Salary: $120-180k base + equity

Location: San Francisco Hybrid 2-3 days a week in person
